I have had my jogging three hours ago, jogging for an hour, about 10 Km. I am now 150 lb, three months before, I was 163 lb. My target is 137 lb by mid Jan 2006. more…

I 'power walk' to work every day including very steep hills. aim to do at least 15000 steps a day (10000 recommended) and have never felt fitter. more…
